Yashica Mat Em. YashicaMat EM... At one time these were easy to see... no… Flickr It didn't lead me to TLR's (except for a brief detour to Rolleicord) but rather to. You are correct, the Yashica-Mat is an excellent camera and well worth the time and money finding a good one if you were to own just one TLR

YASHICA MAT
This model cannot use 220 film, though the later Yashica-Mat 124G can. The "EM" stands for Exposure Meter, referring to the uncoupled selenium cell exposure meter in front of the viewfinder The 124G and 124 are gone and I have continued to use the 635 and the Mat
YashicaMat EM One of my favorite Yashicas to use. This on… Flickr. Another inexpensive (now) TLR is the Yashica EM (another with a super simple built-in exposure meter). The Yashica-Mat takes 120 roll film and makes square 6×6 centimeter images (really more like 56 millimeters wide by 57 millimeters high)
YASHICA Mat EM. The "EM" stands for Exposure Meter, referring to the uncoupled selenium cell exposure meter in front of the viewfinder It differs from the latter camera only in its easier-to-use exposure meter.
